If you're here, you're probably trying to make sense of symptoms that just keep lingering.

Things might have improved since baby days, but not completely. Now it might look like constipation that keeps coming back, fussy eating, poor sleep, ongoing congestion, or maybe skin flare-ups that never fully settle.

And you're left wondering: could this still be dairy? Have they actually grown out of it? Or is this something else entirely?

This course will help you work through that, step by step.

Trying to figure it out on your own can feel overwhelming

If you've already started looking into CMPA, you might be feeling unsure about a few things.

Is this still dairy, or has something else taken over?
Should they have grown out of this by now?
Am I overreacting, or under-reacting?

A lot of parents are told “they'll probably grow out of it” — which might be true, but doesn't tell you what to actually do in the meantime.

This course is designed to take the guesswork out of it.

You'll learn how to:

  • recognise how non-IgE CMPA presents in toddlers
  • spot patterns in longer-term symptoms
  • follow a clear elimination process
  • reintroduce dairy in a way that gives you answers
  • build a balanced dairy-free diet
  • manage fussy eating without pressure
  • navigate daycare, parties, and eating out
  • understand how and when to use the milk ladder

Before you proceed...

This course is for you if…

  • you've been told it could still be CMPA but aren't sure what to do next
  • symptoms have improved since baby days but haven't fully gone away
  • you're trying to work out if this is CMPA, fussy eating, or something else
  • you want practical strategies for daycare, family meals, and social situations, not just an elimination diet

This isn't the right fit if…

Your toddler has severe symptoms — blood in stool, failure to thrive, breathing difficulties, or a sudden allergic reaction. These need urgent medical care, not a self-paced course. If that's where you are, please contact your GP, paediatrician, or emergency services rather than starting here.

Meet Kate Annat — Founder & Paediatric Dietitian

Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the founder of Cub Paediatric Dietetics. She's worked across neonatal and paediatric intensive care units in Australia and the UK, caring for infants with complex feeding, allergy, and gastroenterology needs — including breastfed babies navigating non-IgE CMPA. This course draws directly on that clinical experience, structured the same way Kate works through elimination and reintroduction with families in her own clinic.

The plan you've been trying to piece together yourself

There's no shortage of advice about toddlers and dairy — from well-meaning family, daycare, and the internet. The hard part is knowing which of it applies to your child, and in what order to act on it. This course puts a structured, dietitian-built process in one place, so you're not piecing it together from forums, Facebook groups, and conflicting opinions at every family gathering.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course?

Lifetime access — it's yours to revisit anytime.

No. This course provides general nutrition and feeding education. It doesn't replace individual medical or dietetic advice, and you should keep working with your child's healthcare team, especially before making any changes to diet or feeding.

No — the course is designed for parents who suspect CMPA as well as those with a diagnosis already.

The course includes a dedicated module on managing fussy eating without pressure, alongside the elimination process, so the two are addressed together rather than in conflict.

There's a dedicated module on navigating daycare, parties, and eating out, so you're not figuring that part out alone.

Every child is different, and the course teaches you a process rather than a one-size-fits-all checklist. If you're ever unsure, your child's healthcare team is your first point of contact.
