If you're here, you're probably trying to work out what to change next for your baby.

Maybe you've already switched formulas. Maybe you've been told it could be CMPA. Or maybe nothing seems to be improving, no matter what you try.

Reflux. Unsettled feeding. Poor sleep. Skin flare-ups. And you're left wondering: is this the formula? Do I need to change again? How do I know if this is actually working?

This course will walk you through it, step by step, so you can feel clear on what to do next.

Before you proceed...

Trying to figure it out on your own can feel overwhelming

If you've already started looking into CMPA, you might be feeling unsure about a few things.

Is this the right formula?
How long should it take to see a change?
Am I meant to switch again, or give this more time?

A lot of parents are told to “just switch formula” without much explanation of what to look for afterwards, or how to know if it's actually helping.

This course is designed to take the guesswork out of it.

You'll learn how to:

  • recognise how non-IgE CMPA shows up in bottle-fed babies
  • choose the right formula with confidence
  • transition formulas without adding more confusion
  • follow a clear elimination process
  • reintroduce dairy in a way that gives you answers
  • understand when and how to use the milk ladder
  • start solids while managing non-IgE CMPA

Before you proceed...

This course is for you if…

  • you've been told it could be CMPA but aren't sure what to do next
  • you've already changed formula and don't know if it's helping
  • your baby still has symptoms and you're trying to make sense of them
  • you want a clear process instead of guessing your way through another formula switch

This isn't the right fit if…

Your baby has severe symptoms — failure to thrive or IgE reaction's (immediate hives, eye swelling, lip swelling or anaphylaxis).

These need urgent medical care, not a self-paced course.

If that's where you are, please contact your GP, paediatrician, or emergency services rather than starting here.

Meet Kate Annat — Founder & Paediatric Dietitian

Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the founder of Cub Paediatric Dietetics. She's worked across multiple neonatal and infant allergy and gastroenterology clinics in Australia and the UK, caring for breastfed babies navigating non-IgE CMPA. This course draws directly on that clinical experience, structured the same way Kate works through elimination and reintroduction with families in her own clinic.

You don't need more information. You need a plan.

There's no shortage of advice online about CMPA and formula — the hard part is knowing which of it applies to your baby, and in what order to act on it. This course puts a structured, dietitian-built process in one place, so you're not piecing it together from forums, Facebook groups, and half-remembered GP appointments at 2am.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course?

Lifetime access — it's yours to revisit anytime.

No. This course provides general nutrition and feeding education. It doesn't replace individual medical or dietetic advice, and you should keep working with your child's healthcare team, especially before making any changes to diet or feeding.

No — the course is designed for parents who suspect CMPA as well as those with a diagnosis already.

The course teaches you how to understand your options and have an informed conversation with your child's healthcare team — it doesn't replace their guidance on the specific formula for your baby.

Every baby is different, and the course teaches you a process rather than a one-size-fits-all checklist. If you're ever unsure, your child's healthcare team is your first point of contact.
