Kate Annat

Founder & Paediatric Dietitian

Kate is an Accredited Practising Paediatric Dietitian and the founder of Cubs Paediatric Dietetics. With extensive experience across neonatal and paediatric intensive care units in Australia and the UK, she has cared for infants and children with complex feeding, allergy, gastroenterology, and surgical needs.

Known for her warm, thorough, and family-centred approach, Kate created Cubs to offer children the time, clarity and specialised support often missing in fast-paced healthcare settings. She is deeply committed to helping families understand their child’s feeding challenges, feel heard, and move forward with practical, evidence-based strategies that make a real difference.

Kate’s passion lies in supporting infants, children with allergies, tube-fed children, and those with complex gut conditions — always with the goal of restoring confidence, comfort, and joy around mealtimes.
